🏠 Proposed Developments – Failand

The Parish Council has been informed of proposed developments by The Hill Group and Barratt Redrow to the west and east of Failand.

The above sites have been identified as “less sustainable” and have not been considered consistent with the spatial strategy set out in North Somerset Council’s Local Plan.

The Parish Council will ensure that these proposals are rigorously examined and challenged through the appropriate Council processes and comply with the requirements of the Wraxall and Failand Neighbourhood Plan — particularly the protection of open spaces and designated local green areas.
